Sponsors receive online exposure before and during the congress, as well as one year of visibility on the congress website after the event.

There are three main sponsorship packages:

Silver – €25,500
A 4 × 3 m exhibition booth, 2 congress registrations, 2 Motion Dinner tickets and selected visibility opportunities.

Gold – €37,750
A 5 × 3 m exhibition booth, 3 congress registrations, 3 Motion Dinner tickets, broader brand visibility and the opportunity to participate in a plenary panel discussion.

Platinum – €50,000
A 5 × 5 m fully designed booth, first choice of booth placement, 4 congress registrations, 4 Motion Dinner tickets, extensive brand visibility and the opportunity to participate in a plenary panel discussion.

The main differences are the level of visibility, exhibition space and opportunities to engage with the congress programme.

Silver is suited to organisations looking for a strong presence and exhibition space.

Gold adds greater visibility, a larger booth and a plenary panel opportunity.

Platinum offers the highest level of visibility, the largest booth, first choice of booth placement and the most extensive package of complimentary registrations and event exposure.

Yes. All three sponsorship packages include exhibition space:

• Silver: 4 × 3 m
• Gold: 5 × 3 m
• Platinum: 5 × 5 m

The stands include a display screen, electricity and WiFi. All sponsors receive a fully branded and pre-built booth. Platinum sponsors have first choice of booth placement.

Yes. Exhibition-only options are available:

• 6 m² – €5,500
• 8 m² – €7,250
• 10 m² – €9,000

These options include basic stand facilities. Congress tickets are not included and need to be purchased separately.

Yes. A range of exclusive opportunities is available in addition to the main sponsorship packages, subject to availability.

Options include:

• Branded Video Exposure – €2,500
• Local Break Sponsor – €6,000
• Technical Visit Sponsor – €7,250
• Dinner in Motion Sponsor – €25,000
• Superette Coffee Break Sponsor – €30,000

Some opportunities are available only to a limited number of sponsors.

Yes. Additional opportunities can be used to complement your main sponsorship package.

Sponsors receive a discount on exclusive deals:

• Silver: 5%
• Gold: 10%
• Platinum: 15%

Yes. The number of complimentary congress registrations depends on the package:

• Silver: 2
• Gold: 3
• Platinum: 4

The same number of Dinner in Motion tickets is included.

Yes. Sponsors can purchase additional congress tickets at the applicable sponsor rate.

Yes, a screen is included in the platinum, gold and silver packages. A screen is not included in the exhibition only possibilities.

Platinum sponsors receive first choice of booth placement. Booth placement for other sponsors depends on the exhibition floor plan and availability.

Sponsorship and exclusive opportunities are subject to availability. As some opportunities are limited, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible.
